One Manhattan West

Manhattan West is a seven-acre mixed-use development located in the heart of Manhattan’s Hudson Yards district. The project demonstrates our multi-faceted development capabilities – site assembly, master planning, development, leasing and operations. The site sits directly between the busiest train station in North America and New York City’s first subway extension in decades. We are well underway building One Manhattan West, the first of two ground-up two-million-square-foot office towers that this project encompasses. As of late 2018, One Manhattan West was approximately 85% pre-let to tenants including Skadden, EY, Accenture and the NHL.

Brookfield Place Sydney is transforming Wynyard into a world-class urban precinct in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Designed in collaboration by Make Architects and Architectus, Brookfield Place Sydney is an ambitious vision to amalgamate four separate sites, including the redevelopment of historic Shell House and 285 George Street, and the development of a brand new premium grade office tower at 10 Carrington Street. The project will provide ~75,000 sqm of premium office and retail spaces, first-class facilities, amenities and finishes. The project has achieved a world-leading 6 Star Green Star – Office Design v3 rating and, with Shell House integrated into the new office tower, will include one of the largest retained heritage facades in the world.

One The Esplanade comprises a 29 storey PCA Premium Grade office tower and a three level podium on the southern side of the development. The tower’s anchor tenant is Chevron Australia and the development has been designed to complement the surrounding Elizabeth Quay precinct. The development has a focus on public realm and includes retail, food and beverage options, as well as a gymnasium and childcare facilities. Development Approval was received in December 2018 and construction commenced in January 2020. Construction is due for completion in early 2023. The development has been created as a premier destination, which integrates a unique architectural character, landscape and public domain.
