Greenpoint Landing

New York

Under Construction Phase

Greenpoint Landing is a 22-acre master-planned development site located on the Brooklyn waterfront in New York City. Brookfield Properties is developing the residential components of the project in partnership with site developer, Park Tower Group. We joined the project in 2015 when Park Tower Group tapped Brookfield Properties to help kick-off and complete its first phase of residential development.

Planning & Design Phase

755 South Figueroa Street is a distinctive multifamily high-rise development located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. The 1.28 acre site is the last undeveloped parcel in a master-planned superblock with over 2.3 million square feet of existing office and retail space, including Brookfield Properties' Figat7th retail complex. The property will feature 781 residential units, full-service amenities and unique commercial space.

L Seven

San Francisco, California


L Seven is a premier 410-unit residential and retail development in the heart of San Francisco’s SoMa neighborhood at the intersection of 8th and Harrison Streets. The social-space focused property features studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and lofts, three rooftop lounges, a beer garden and state-of-the-art amenities. Completed in September 2017, L Seven is conveniently located between the major trade areas of Showplace Square, Yerba Buena, MidMa, Potrero Hill, and The Mission District. The prime location allows for easy access to public transportation as well as pedestrian, bicycle and automotive access from anywhere in the Bay Area.

Thayer and Spring

Silver Spring, Maryland

Thayer and Spring luxury apartments, located on an expansive two-acre parcel, are centrally located in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland, walkable to the Metro Red Line, neighborhood retail and adjacent to what will be the largest greenspace in the city. The project includes a 399-unit, 11-story tower expected to open for leasing in early 2019. Upon completion, the property will feature distinctive studio, one and two-bedroom homes, below-grade parking and extensive common area amenities, including a rooftop pool, spa, fitness center and recreation room. There will also be over 10,000 square feet of ground-level retail. Thayer and Spring is adjacent to a new 23,000 sq. ft. public plaza, which will be created as part of the development.

2401 Third Avenue & 101 Lincoln Avenue

Mott Haven, Bronx, New York

Brookfield Properties owns two sites in the Mott Haven neighborhood of the South Bronx at the base of the Third Avenue Bridge. Our plans to develop a 1.4 million square foot residential-led project will deliver over 1,300 apartments, almost 20,000 square feet of retail and community facility space, and the largest public waterfront park in the area. This will be a transformative project for the neighborhood and one of the most substantial private investments in the history of the borough.

San Francisco, California

5M is a fully entitled, mixed-use development in downtown San Francisco. The project is comprised of an office building of approximately 633,000 square feet and an apartment building with approximately 295 residential units. 5M would create significant new open spaces for the neighborhood. The project is designed to house a dynamic ground-floor mix featuring local retail and arts, cultural and community uses.

Waterfront Station

Washington, D.C.

Waterfront Station is an urban, mixed-use, transit-oriented development in Washington, D.C's southwest quadrant. Situated above a Metrorail station, the site features two fully leased office buildings, totaling approximately 635,000 square feet, with street-level retail. The site’s initial residential component, Eliot on 4th, features 365 market-rate apartments. Two additional office pad locations at M Street SW at 4th Street SW remain entitled for future development.

Hudson Exchange

Jersey City, NJ

Hudson Exchange is a partnership with G&S Investors, the owner of an 18-acre parcel of land, three miles from downtown Manhattan in the waterfront section of Jersey City. At full build-out, the project is expected to include up to 5,400 apartment units in twelve towers and 350,000 square feet of amenity retail and dining space. Currently completed is VYV, a 421-unit apartment building. Currently under construction is VYV East Tower, a 432-unit apartment building.
